  • The EESP was developed to fulfill a goal of the strategic plan approved by ECC's Board in December 2008: "Turn Edgewater into a model green community within Chicago." With the EESP Report now published, we are well on our way - with the community's support - to achieving that goal as ECC celebrates it's 50th Anniversary in 2010. Edgewater Beautiful, the long-established community action program to make Edgewater more attractive continues its efforts as and is merged with the Parks, Green and Natural Areas and Public Arts committee of the EESP.
